HOW TO CREATE Hierarchical View OF PROFIT AND LOSS

I have Created measures for income statement items like Sales ,Cogs and Net Profit

 

now i need to create Hierarchical View in visual according to format

    Can you share sample data and sample output in table format? Or a sample pbix after removing sensitive data.
