Thanks for reaching out, I have inserted two tables, the first table is the sample data, and the second table is what I'm try to achieve in a table visual. I'm unable to create a single row header column that simply shows Rank number ( 1, 2, 3...) In which all measure can interact the indepentantly.

What I'm trying to achieve, so IMD decile show that 5 areas were ranked 1, 34 ranked 2, 51 ranked 3......
