Grouping by ranges and displaying names within the range

Some surgery to show the growth ranges and have it show me the names of the people in those ranges,

that is, those of growth range of (2 to 4);(8 to 10), which indicate how many people are in that range (2 to 4);(8 to 10) and who they are.
