Grouping by list - cannot select more than one from list

Hi all,

I'm using Power BI Desktop x64, ver 2.115.842 (build 22) and am trying to group some basketball shot distance data (from the EDX Course for those playing at home).

I'm unable to select any more than one from the list to add to a group, even using ctrl pr shift - anyone else have this issue?

Thanks!

Steve

Hi @sfos83 ,

Based on testing, I was unable to reproduce this behavior.

My version is: Version: 2.115.842.0 64-bit (March 2023)

The latest version is currently 2.115.1006.0. Please check if installing the latest version will fix the problem.

Download Microsoft Power BI Desktop from Official Microsoft Download Center

Best Regards,

Thanks for the quick response! Unfortunately, a restart didn't work, nor ctrl or shift....very odd

Do you have a copy of the PBI file i could look at?

Hi,

You should be able to either hold Shift and use directional arrows or hold Ctrl and click on each item you want:

Try closing and reopening Power BI if that doesn't work.
