Fairly new user but I have been constantly doing research to improve my understanding of this wonderful application!
Am running into a few issues I hope I can get help with, but its important to first note I do not have access to Power Query Editor, only DAX measures and other desktop features. I have been creating basic table reports for now, but require reports to be created in the format below. I cannot figure out if I need to change to a Matrix style report, if I can group this data using DAX, or some other feature (again I cannot use Power Query so cannot use the GROUPBY feature)

First, I am curious why you are not able to use the query editor. Second, please post a sample data (not an image). And third, can you please post your sample result as an image with the gridlines and all. This can help us visualize what you're trying to achieve or if it is even doable.
