The primary data from a sales report consists of the following: customer name, invoice date, item description, item ID, and additional pertinent information. I need to add the annual and quarterly sales sums in Power BI dashboard. However, the dates in the original sales sheet are per day. My inquiry is how to combine the dates to be monthly while still displaying the sales sum. Please see the image attached.
Thanks and apprciate your help, let me try and will update you shortly.
