Hi,
Is this a bug from power BI?
I have a table that I wish to group by a category so I could get a first launching year as below.
Group by Setting
Table Result
The mold category and mold no is identical in value, suppose it should get grouped together, but it did not and show 2 duplicated result. I even tried "Remove Duplicate" but this record is still there.
It has to be one record because i wanted to use it in a one-to-many relation later.
Best Regards

@keithchai make sure there is no non-printable or space in any of the columns, so before you do a grouping, use trip and clean steps and then check.
I would ❤ Kudos if my solution helped. 👉 If you can spend time posting the question, you can also make efforts to give Kudos to whoever helped to solve your problem. It is a token of appreciation!
