The Green upper arrow UNICHAR code does not exist in power bi, but we can overcome this limitation by adding the Grey upper arrow UNICHAR (#11165), then we should create a separate measure for the color code. By using conditional formatting, we are able to display the green upward arrow.
Hi The following works nicely.
Just drag to a visual and set the colour to be green using the format properties of the visual
Measure = unichar(129153)

Thanks @Phil_Seamark!
I have the arrows as a field in a multi row card visual, and can't seem to see where to change the colour... ?
I haven't tried it, but would conditional formatting help? You can change font colours, and it is a character.
Thanks @Anonymous,
Unfortunatly having some trouble with the conditional formatting! Also, it doesn't seem to be an option within the card visualisation
You are right, i should have paid more attention to your screenshot. I'm now thinking of alternate ideas.
Perhaps this article might be down the line of what you are attempting?
