Green Banner on Top

Hello everyone!

I have a Power BI template as below, and I cannot apply it to my current reports so I'm thinking just build one in the current power bi file. My question here really is, how can I add the green banner on the top? it's not a button, not an image, not text box... seems like nothing, how did it get added?? thank you!
