Graph not showing all data

From following dataset I am trying to show in a graph how many ton iron a Reporter exports per nautical mile (TNM).

Dataset IronoreTN.PNGGraph IronoreTN.PNG

This data however only shows TNM when Argentina is the Trade Partner. You see most of the sum in the graph consists of export from Brazil to Argentina. (Data of Brazil Argentina below is from row 1600 of 17000)

Dataset Argentina.PNG

I do not understand why it does not show export to all country nor am i able to show export to another country despite of the data being available e.g. Brazil to China (see below). I can not comprehend why it specifically chooses Argentina as it is not even the first country alphabetically.

Any help is much appreciated.
