Graph by Project Location and Dates

I have 3 roads where we have projects occuring. I want a visual that can be filtered by Date and by Road. 

 

I want the information to show almost like a gantt chart or a bar graph, but primarily by location and secondarily by time. 

 

Attached an example picture and the data. Not sure how to do this....Advice appreciated!

    Hi DataUser ,

    The custom visual, Gannt chart by MAQ Software, will display your data as outlined, however filtering on the date also filters by location. This may help. See screenshot below.
