Gradient in graphic without conditional

Good morning
Is there any way to make this bar gradient for each of the items contained and that fits with these characteristics:
Name above the bar, gradient for each item in a rounded rectangular shape with a background of the remaining percentage that does not reach to cover.

I have tried to do it, but it forces me to condition it and only gives me one color per bar.
