Goals without average

Hallo Community,
i have a question about a goal calculation.
I have two Excel tables. One with a AHT (average handling Time and name of a topic) and the other table with goals for the AHT an the topic. (Topic 1 and Topic 2).
I join the tabels like the picture.
The aht measure is sum(aht[cht])/sum(aht[anzahl])

now i take a matrix and set the fields aht und goals

Now I have the problem that I can only calculate an average value for the goals.
