Global Admin supporting Workspace admin and users

Greetings, I am a Global Admin in Office 365. We have two Premium capacity and several workspaces/dashboards/reports and apps under these two capacities. A lot of times, admins and owners of these workspaces assign access to internal and guest users. But sometimes they do not do it correctly and I have to troubleshoot it. So how do I, as Global Admin can check which users or groups have access to each component of a workspace (e.g. reports, apps, dashboard) and what type of access?

  • Hi adalton ,

You can do that in Admin Portal -> Workspace.

You can see Users, Groups, Dashboards, Reports, and Datasets of one workspace.

You can also edit the access of users and groups.

    Best Regards,
    Icey
