Getting "Access to the resource is forbidden". Clear permissions not resetting authentication form.

Hey Folks,

I've run into trouble trying to connect get data into my PBI Desktop app from a .csv in my SharePoint directory. In the past, I've been able to get data using the Web url protocol and inserting the path to my file. I have authenticated using my Microsoft account credentials. Today I was thrown off by the suggestion on the authentication for suggesting I authenticate using Anonymous. This failed - "Unable to Connect: Access to the resource is forbidden". However, despite clearing all permissions for data sources, I cannot get back to the form that allows me to authenticate using my Microsoft credentials. It just keeps offering for me to edit the url or "retry" (which keeps failing)

I've tried clearing my browser cache. Logging out of Microsoft and back in. Closing my PBI Desktop app and re-opening. Rebooting my computer. Still, I can find no way to back out and authenticate my connection using my Microsoft account.

Any suggestions? Thank you!
