Getting my data broken down by states?

Hi all!    I have my data broken down by states in one column but I want to be able to pull it in by regions with specific states.    How can I easily do that? Im new into power BI and really try...

I agree with parry2k , you first need to define the concept of regions, nothing that indicates in your file.

that file should be correct, the chart on region is killing me, not sure how to make it show by region with the states that are actually in the region. last thing, can you explain how to do the correct formula for the percent change in the pf elite tab. it showss variance number only but i wanna try to get percent in it,
