I have my data broken down by states in one column but I want to be able to pull it in by regions with specific states.

but i dont get how to basically drill down in the region in the region tab to be able show ok, this region and you can see the states listed. it only shows region. i tried doing a new group called west, with only those states but it still only will show the region, why is that?

Just do it this way, it's easier and faster for you. Follow the table from Github or anywhere on the net.
