I agree with parry2k , you first need to define the concept of regions, nothing that indicates in your file.

okay so i would do west, south, mid west and north east. within that would be the states, but how do i define that and add that in I guess

Yes, you have 2 options
- Did you watch the video? if so then you should be able to group your regions
- Download this file into your model and link the table to your Elite table at the State code

that file should be correct, the chart on region is killing me, not sure how to make it show by region with the states that are actually in the region. last thing, can you explain how to do the correct formula for the percent change in the pf elite tab. it showss variance number only but i wanna try to get percent in it,
