Getting data from Sharepoint subsites

Hi all,

Will be grateful for help on the following.

1. Each project has its own subsite with its own document library.

2. There is a spreadsheet in each of the subsite document library with the same tables and headers.

2. I would like PBI to get data by searching the subsite doc libraries for these spreadsheets i.e. whenever a new project subsite is created containing the same spreadsheet, PBI will be able to get the data and append them together for analysis.

4. Any idea how to achieve this?

Hi @hoeyeepin,

AFAIK, you can get data from a subsite, but it not as same as the folder connector and it seems not able to list all the child directories and contents from the parent folder.

If these files are stored in the same folder, you can directly get data and merge those folder contents.
