Hello,
I thought I had a measure that captures the Average YTD from the previous year. But, it only looked right last month because it was the first month of the year.
When I refreshed the data for February, I realized that it was summing instead of getting the average.
The actuals for the previous year were: 83,172 (Jan) and 81,911 (Feb). But instead of getting an average of 82,541, I am getting the total of 165,083.
Here is the measure I created:
SunPrintHD Prior Year = IF(AND(Hyperionstatsdata[category_] = "n_SubscriptionPrintOnly_SundayAvg - Subscription Print Only - Sunday Avg",
Hyperionstatsdata[version] = "Actual"),
CALCULATE(AVERAGE(Hyperionstatsdata[Actual]),
SAMEPERIODLASTYEAR(Hyperionstatsdata[drawdateme]),
FILTER(ALL(Hyperionstatsdata),Hyperionstatsdata[category_] = "n_SubscriptionPrintOnly_SundayAvg - Subscription Print Only - Sunday Avg"),
FILTER(ALL(Hyperionstatsdata),Hyperionstatsdata[version] = "Actual")), 0)
I am getting the correct figures isolated, but not sure why it is summing instead of getting the average?
Any help would be much appreciated.
