Getting DataFormat.Error: We found an invalid character between object key and value in JSON input

Hi,

both in Power BI Desktop and from the Power BI Service I am getting the following error: DataFormat.Error: We found an invalid character between object key and value in JSON input. when calling a web service.

This is the web service call:= Json.Document(Web.Contents("https://eglprod.service-now.com/api/now/table/change_request?sysparm_query=sys_created_onRELATIVEGT%..."))

Any hint on how to solve this issue? The service takes 1 minute to respond, can slow response cause this issue?

Thank you

Kind regards

Marta

In addition I've checked the returned json by means of a validator and it results valid.
