Geteway error

 

geteway and refrash data working well when i create a free user

 

the problem is when i purchase pro version with a new user name

 installing geteway get an error that i have  tp  remove first the current version

after removing the current vertion still gat an error  with program that not remove  >>   in the list of my programs it not exists

 

did i have to install get way for every user  in my computre ?

There can only be one enterprise gateway instance in each host. You don't have to install one gateway for each user, you can share the gateway in the "manage gateway" option in powerbi service and add the users as administor.

enterprise gateway  works for me
