Get utilization value for rooms based on zone count

Hello, 

I am attaching a sample data file here. 

My data contains sensor number, and 3 to 4 records for an hour for zoneCount (# of people) per meeting room. 

my goal is to find occupancy utilization for the meeting rooms per hour per room. we have boardroom capacity and sq. ft value.

I am confused on where to start this calculation.

I'm sorry that I'm still confused about the occupancy utilization for the meeting rooms per hour per room you want.

Can you specifically explain your calculation logic and the final result for a certain record row  in the table?
