Hello everybody,
I want to build a SharePoint Based Dashboard to get following information:
The only way I know is to extract data from a SharePoint Hub an its connected collections is with a PowerShell script and import the created csv file to PowerBI.
Is there an other way to driectly connect to the sharePoint Admin Center e.g. ?
Thank you in advance!
Would you be up for sharing your powershell code? And did you ever find a solution? Thanks
Hi @v-jingzhang Thank you for your suggestion. I'll try to get any data from the Usage Report and import it to Power BI. I'll update here as soon as I tried the solution.
Best Regards
Hi @itriada365
I don't find ways of connecting to SharePoint Admin Center directly from Power BI. There is no such connector currently.
If you want to see overall usage data of SharePoint service, you could try a template App Microsoft 365 Usage Analytics in Power BI Service. Or you can view SharePoint Site Usage report in Microsoft 365 Admin Center.
Best Regards,
