Get previous value for each Category

I have data from Salesforce.

CASE TABLE
ID	Account name
A	aa
B	bb
C	aa
ACCOUNT TABLE
aa
bb
cc
CASE LOG TABLE
Case ID	Worker	Start time	end time	department
A	ffd			fds
A	dff			dcs
A	fdf			dcs
B	fdf			dcs
B	fdf			fts
B	dff			dcs

Account and case are related one > many.
Case and Case Log are related one  > many
I have a [measure] which gives the the count of cases where count(department = "dcs") > 2
I want to compare [measure] for a particular account .Say 'aa' the [measure] for its previous case and the latest case. So basically a clusered column chart with account name on x axis and[measure] on y axis for all the cases for that account.

What does "Say 'aa' the [measure] for its previous case and the latest case." mean? Could you please describe your expected output more clearly? And if you can give me an sample screenshot,it will help better.
