Get newer BOM version from specific date

Hi, I have 2 tables: Bill of Materials (BoM)  Pricelist of Components to this BoM's Now, from a specific date (in my sample model is 07.06.2021) I want to change the BoM version from v1 to v2. ...

    After checking,only qty for each components make changes from v1 to v2,right?

    So what is your expected output?
