Je dois importer dans Power BI un fichier text (tab) (des donnees precement extraites dans SAP)
Ici, vous avez la difference entre quand j'importe ce fichier dans Excel Powerquery et quand l'importe dans Power BI.
C'est power BI qui m'interresse. Mais pourquoi je n'arrive pas a avoir une vue bien structuree en tableau dans power BI ?

Excel Power query : Quand j'y importe le fichier text (tab) dans Excel power query c'est simple.
Le tableau prend de forme et donne facilement droit de faire la transformation.
Power BI : Par contre, quand je veux importer les memes fichier text (tab) dans power BI
Il apparait quelques chose de bizzar sans forme de tableau dont on ne sait pas aller dans la transformation.

Not sure what caused this. Are you using the latest version of Desktop? We recommend using the latest software version.
There is a workaround. First, import the data from the text file into Excel.
Then use desktop to connect to Excel to import data.

How to get your questions answered quickly -- How to provide sample data
Doesn't look like this is the same text file source. Looks more like something pivoted.
In any case - in Power Query you can run transforms like "Remove top three rows" and "Remove Column1 and Column2" and "Use first row as header" etc to bring your text data into a usable format.
Please provide sanitized sample data that fully covers your issue. If you paste the data into a table in your post or use one of the file services it will be easier to assist you. Avoid posting screenshots of your source data if possible.
