Get data from "clustered column" in power query

Hi all

I want to extract different "pause time categories" from every agent in this in power query.

I have managet to get the date column to go one row up so the actual date is on the same row as the agent name. Now I can at least get the total "pause time"

But I have no clue how to get the data from the different "pause categories" when they dont have an agent name or a date on the same row 😞

How do I solve this?

I found the solution myself 🙂
I found a function called "Fill down/Fill up" in power query
