Get Data from Power BI Option not Visible

I have a stand alone MS Office 365 subscription and Power BI for Desktop with a Power BI Pro Subscription.  When I open Excel and select Get Data > Power Platform the Power BI option does not appear

Is there a setting I need to make in either Excel, Power BI or Office 365 to allow this connection ?

PS - the Power BI files are loaded on my desktop. They are not in the cloud

I believe its a Power BI admin setting that needs to be enabled.  I think its one of these:

Hello unfortunately all these options are enabled already - and I still cannot access the Get Data from Power BI Option

PS I updgraded to a Power BI Pro license and so this should reduce one variable

I would discuss this with your Office365 Tenant admin and your security team.  Its possible something has been disabled at a higher level.
