@Anonymous,
Good morning all, im trying to do a simple gauge with Dates. Basically i want the Minimum value to be the start date, the Maximum value to be the end date and the actual date to be the "Target value". First i'm looking into how i should format the data in Excel ( that's my data source).
Which kind of visual are you using? How would you like to format the data in excel? Could you share more details about your expected result.
Regards,
Jimmy Tao
Maybe something like that?
@Anonymous,
A gauge chart in power bi desktop can meet your requirement.

Hi @v-yuta-msft
I truly hope that you would find enough time and generosity in order to help me resolve an issue with the date range metrics of the gauge chart.
I would be very much appreciated your help in any form!
Thanks 🙂
Hi there,
I have the same issue.
Can you please share some tutorial, or instructions about how can I create gauge chart with date start and end metrics?
Thanks!
