Gateway

I have many report in Power BI web. I have a problem with the gateway, but only with some reports. The error is the next: The gateway it's online:   there are many report and update ok...

HI BLM,

 

According to your error message, it told me your gateway configuration not correct, can you please share more detail about your scenario?

E.g. Datasource certificates, local gateway log, fiddler trace sessions...

    For get gateway troubleshooting information, you can refer to below link;

    Troubleshooting the On-premises data gateway

     

    You can find datasource certificates at settings -> datasets.
