Gateway issue

Hello people,     I have attached the screen shot of the error that is thrown . Iam not able to arrive at an solution . Can anyone please guide me.

Hi subhashree_r 

 

Check if the Gateway version is up to date and if the server is running.

    hey Mariusz , 

      The solution of updating the gateway didn't work good.
