Gateway error
Hi Cosmin,
As we can see from the error message, it's an authentication issue.
1. It seems the file is in a remote server. Does the computer that has the gateway have access to the file?
2. The path in the data gateway should be a full path.

Hi Cosmin,
Did you solve this issue? I got the same error message in my test environment in which I connected to the network file by VPN.
1. So please check your network environment;
2. We should use the link like this: \\dfsadfsa\as\afda\Other_Sources\a.xlsx;
3. The credential should be the one we can use in our local computer.
Best Regards,
Dale

Hi
i didn't have full access, i need to stay after my it support; i don;t have wright to install on server
one issue is that we have on a server all reports and sources and only one account with license - an email and password
and one of my question was if when i install the gateway there on server if i can put my email and password with no pbi license or that unique account with license
but if i install just provisory on my computer the gateway, it will work? same question: my email or need license account?
thanks!
