Gateway/Data Source Not Reachable

I have 2 connections on 1 gateway, 1 is for Production data and 2nd is for dev data. My refresher and gateway was working fine, but now only dev connection gateway is working and giving error "Gateway or datasources not reachable" for production data.
I have tested my credentials and permissions too, all are working fine. 
Kindly help.

    Did you run the refresh at the same on both Dev amd Production?

    Thanks for reaching out to us with your problem. Base on your description, there are two connections(DEV and PROD connection) under the same gateway. And now DEV CONNECTION works well, but the PROD connection failed to connect with the error "Gateway or datasources not reachable". Please click "Show details" and check if there is more details about this error.

    In addition, could you please provide the following info for the further troubleshooting?

    • What data source the semantic model connect to? SQL?
    • The underlying data source for PROD connection are running normally?
    • Is the credential for PROD connection correct?

      it's the error 08001.

      pgsql datasource

      all was working finr and even credentials are fine too.
