Gateway/Data Source Not Reachable

I have 2 connections on 1 gateway, 1 is for Production data and 2nd is for dev data. My refresher and gateway was working fine, but now only dev connection gateway is working and giving error "Gatewa...

Did you run the refresh at the same on both Dev amd Production?
