Gaps in Clustered Column Chart

I have a couple clustered charts using the same table. On one of charts the bars line up evenly however on the other chart it has these gaps between the bar. I have looked at the data and there is no missing data. Any suggestions as to what this may be causing this?

The problem you are running into is that if it "skips" it without leaving the space, then the user will not know there are no duplicate counts, for example.  You might reorder the list so that the ones that don't show up often are nearer the end, but the space tells the reader of the graph that there is a column missing there.

The gaps in the 2nd graph are likely because there are no counts.  For example, in the graph on the right, red denotes "Duplicate Request".  In Dec 2018 and Jan 2019 there are no Duplicate Requests, so no red bars - thus a gap shows between the black (credit Approved) and the yellow (HR/WDS/Inquiry).

Is there a way if there are no counts to just skip it so it is not reflected in the graph? Would this reqquire a new column?
