Gantt Chart breakout of column-rows

My manager wants a gantt chart to show the breakout of Sr Leaders / Control # / Dates (just the end dates - start w/b today).  The data is in excel.  For the Controls in Scope, this field has potentially 20+ controls in that one field or it could be blank.  What is the best way to create the chart so that you have the Parent = Sr Leader, Task = Controls in Scope (1 per row) along the left side and the End date accross the top showing by month?  Also, is there a way to add a "child" category under the Parent to break it out further?  I know how to split details in columns, but not sure if that is the way to go (couldn't figure out how to add the 20+ columns as indiviual rows in the gantt chart).

Below is a snapshot of what I have, but need tho break the controls out to be on their individual line.  Is that possible?  If not, I know you can expand the width of the task, but is there a way  to wrap it so that I don't have to have is at 1300 to show all the details and then can't see the rest of the graph.  Please help!  Let me know if you need more screen shots.

Below is a sample of a pivot that shows the potential "child" categories if this is an option (would like to include this in the chart if possible).  Levels showing - Sr Leader, Engagement, Engagement Name, and Controls in Scope.

Thank you for your help in this matter.

Hello.

I am checking back to see if anyone has any suggestions on how to help?  Is a gantt chart even the best way to go with what he is looking for?  I am open to suggestions.

Thank you for your help.
