Fuzzy Nested Join Extremely slow

The final step of a very long analysis in powr querey editor is a Fuzzy Nested Join.  It takes hours to load, but is only around 44 MB.  I have a duplicated table that has all the same steps minus the Fuzzy Nested Join and is the same size, but only takes a few minutes to load.  This is a necessary step for me, but is just not feasible if it will never load.

How many columns are there in your table, too many columns may slow down the performance more than rows. In addtion, you may refer to doc below about how to improve the performance in power query:
