Funky Map In PowerBI

Hi All,
My client needs a funky map like the one below. No pre-provided maps work for him, not even shape maps. I don't know JS, and hence Python, D3 won't work (also, these break in server I know).

Which is the closest thing I can achieve? I need inputs on maps that have white Bg.

Hi @Abhijsrwala1 ,

I checked custom visuals in AppSource and unfortunately there is no map with similar effects.

It seems that we can only think externally to see if there are suitable visual objects, for which I apologize for not having more knowledge on this subject.
