Does anyone know of a visual that is a table that you can type into? I have a report with various visuals, but want a table to be able to type in comments relating to the data. Currently I have multiple text boxes all next to see each other to look like a table, but that is far from ideal.

Hi @sbott ,
As far as I know, Power BI report only support importing and analyzing data, it does not support writing data directly in the data source. However, you can embed the report into a web page or application and write data to the data source through code. This requires a lot of additional knowledge.
If your data source has a connector in Power Apps and supports reading and writing, you can embed the Power App in report and update the data through Power App.

Update and UpdateIf functions - Power Platform | Microsoft Learn
Embed a new Power App in a Power BI Report. - Power BI | Microsoft Learn
Then, you can then use Power Automate to monitor the data source. For example, create a cloud flow to monitor whether any data has been modified in the data source, and if so, then update the semantic model of the report to show the latest data.
Take Dateverse as example.
