Formula to count/calculate the number of people if x and y are true

I have two tables, EmployeeStatus and EmployeeList.

EmployeeStatus holds whether the person is in/out in the 'Status' column.

EmployeeList holds whether the person is a First Aider in the 'FirstAider' column.

I need a formula that will count the number of people that are IN and are also a first aider.

Any help on this would be great thanks!

Thanks,
