Formatting multiple buttons

I was able to format multiple buttons by ctrl selecting them and making changes under Format section until now. But I can't anymore. Whenever I select multiple buttons, I get the error "Formatting options are not available for this visual" .

Was there an update to Power BI Desktop that removed the ability to format multiple buttons? Is there a way to enable it again?

If I understand correctly, the issue is that you want to format multiple buttons and make changes under Format section. Based on my testing, please try the following methods and check if they can solve your problem:

1.In the latest Power BI Desktop version, the ability to format multiple buttons has been removed.

2.In the November 2023, there has been no update that changed the feature.

3.You can reinstall version November 2023 of Power BI Desktop and use the feature.

4.The result is shown below.

Yes, unfortunately it appears that the ability to format multiple buttons has been removed in the latest update. I hope this feature is reinstated soon. In the meantime, I'll need to downgrade Power BI, as I have numerous buttons and elements that require formatting. Thank you for the response.

Till it get resolve, please apply Formatting in one visual then use Format painter to apply same changes in other visual.

Hi Sazkurt,

Hide and unhide your visual by clicking the eyes. Then try again, it might work.

Unfortunately it didn't help. Still it's not possible to format multiple buttons, slicers or visuals of same type.
