Is there a good tutorial around on how to format tables. I have basic quetions and advanced questions. Right now, I need to know how to rotate the text in the column headers so that they look like this.

you can't rotate the headers at the moment. If you want you can vote for that idea and then it might appear in future releases:

The only option you have at the moment is to include the vertical headers as a graphic. See the following tutorial on how to do that:
