Formatting Measure for conditional

Hello i am new to Power BI it might be easy one but i cannot figure it out.

I am geeting blank when my data is 0 i need 0 instead of blank.

I am doing anything wroing in format?

Measure = IF(LASTNONBLANK(Query1[DataAsOf],1)="% Change",AVERAGE(Query1[Number_Data]) * 100 & " %",FORMAT(SUM(Query1[Number_Data]),"###,###,###") &"")

put +0 at the end of your formula

That not work. I changed the format from  ##,###,### to ##,###,##0 and it worked.

Measure = IF(LASTNONBLANK(Query1[DataAsOf],1)="% Change",AVERAGE(Query1[Number_Data]) * 100 & " %",FORMAT(SUM(Query1[Number_Data]),"###,###,##0") &"")
