Hi Guys
I have a case where we we are working with messures and formats in a table.
When I use the Format function on a messure to change the formating, I see that the messure is changes to format Text. When the format on a messure is text, conditional formating does not work in a Table / Matrix.
I have added a snapshot that shows this.
Is it not possible to use conditional formating on messures that has been formated with (Format function?
Or is there other ways to shorten numbers that can be used with conditional formating.?
Example: 1000000 -> 1 M
Thanks for the input
Best Regards

In Power BI, once you use Format() function, the data field will be converted into "Text". However, the conditional formatting should be based on a numeric field. And if you change the data type, the format from Format() function will be disable. So in this scenario, I suggest you try build-in format for your data field.
