Format Multiple Fields in a Table

I have tried to format multiple fields in a table. I have tried using the Model to format multiple fields as Comma Zero decimal places for use in a table. I cannot find a way to do it so I manually went through each one. Kind of tedious. Wondering if there is a way to do this. Thanks
