Format Calculation Group in a Matrix

Hi everyone,

I've been searching for a way to format the calculation groups so that there are lines that separate the Current Year and Last Year similar to what I have in the second image below.  I thought that there might be an option in borders, but I'm not seeing anything.

@lingleji , I discussed,a few workaround on the formats using calculation groups, refer if this can help
