Forced to log in Fabric when I tried to log in Power BI Desktop, but Fabric is not usable

Hey Guys,

I am an analyst in China, you know I can only use my regional Cloud which served by 21V( Power BI included) within my country because of some data protection regulations.
There is no problem except that you won't have any chance to experience any newest feature from Microsoft, Fabric for example. yeah, that' a pity!

But It works well before, and nowadays I find some problem when I am trying to log in Power BI Desktop.

It forced me to log in Fabric(just like what it shows below). 
oh gosh! I wish I could. Everytime I try to log in Fabric through the browser, It reminds me I CAN'T USE IT IN MY COUNTRY.

Now the preblem seems be in a dead end. Can anybody provide some tips or guidance about this?
I think maybe the problem refers to the redirection or regional settings.
