Follow a sum pattern in filter context - Matrix

I have the follow matrix

 

I need to create a sum in this pattern




The blue cell is the result of the sum of the red cells, this for every month!

Is it possible to do this with DAX?

I updated the images, I hope it has improved the quality.
I need to do the sum in this pattern, regardless of the values.

    Yeah, I can't make heads or tails of that data, most of the images are too small to be readable.
