Flow Map not rendering

I created a flow map and it was working fine until about a month when it stopped rendering correctly.   Now the map shows up without any borders, roads, etc on the map.  All the correct settings are turned on.  Also notice this issue with other map visuals.  I checked the vendor site that created this visual and see posts from other users with the same issue, but no resolution.  Looks like this issue started happening sometime in September/October with other users as well.  It does not work in either PB Desktop/Service.

Any ideas on what would cause this issue?
